Returns & Holds
We want to make online shopping as easy and attractive as possible for our customers so we have implemented a 'store credit only' returns policy specific to online shopping.
For items that are shipped: For online purchases that are shipped, we are implementing a 7 day return window from when you receive your order. Should you wish to return an item, you are responsible for getting the item back to us within 7 days, and we would issue you a store credit for the amount paid for the item. We do not cover your return shipping charges. If you are unable to return it to us within 7 days, you are welcome to re-consign the item to us.
For items that are purchased for in-store pickup: On our shipping page, you will see the option for in-store pickup within 7 days (during business hours). If you arrive to pick up your order and decide at that time that you wish to return it, you may do so at that time. You will be issued a store credit for the amount paid. However, once the item leaves the store, it is not returnable.

As explained above, we do not do refunds for returned merchandise. However, if an item is purchased simultaneously online and in the store, the online item will be deemed no longer available for purchase, and any payment collected will be refunded.
All of our items are available online and in our store on a first come basis. We do not do holds on our items that are posted online for sale. If you have more questions about a particular item before deciding to purchase, please feel free to contact us.
